Order online → email your file to service@arrowzoom.com with your order number → we send a digital proof within 24 hrs → you approve → we print and ship.
What file format should I send?
JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI. 300 DPI is ideal. Lower resolution images may pixelate when scaled up.
Can I return custom-printed panels?
Custom orders are non-returnable once you approve the digital proof. That's why we send the proof — to make sure it's right before printing. Standard pre-made designs get our full 100-day guarantee.
Will the print color be exact?
Felt is a matte fabric. Colors print true but slightly softer than glossy paper. The digital proof shows expected output.
What NRC rating do these have?
NRC ~0.65 on direct-mount. Higher with a small air gap behind the panel.
Are they safe for nurseries?
Yes. Class B1 fire-retardant, zero formaldehyde, zero VOC. Made in clean-room conditions.
How do they mount?
Velcro backing. Press to wall — no holes, no nails. Removable without damaging paint.
How long does the whole process take?

  • Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled (shipped or not) incur a 15% fee due to production costs.

Returned Parcels:

  • Reshipping requires you to pay the shipping fee.
  • For wrong items or quality issues, we refund the product value minus a 50% restocking fee.
