- No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse: Ensure your order details (design, size, address) are correct before purchasing.
- Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled (shipped or not) incur a 15% fee due to production costs.
Returned Parcels:
- Reshipping requires you to pay the shipping fee.
- For wrong items or quality issues, we refund the product value minus a 50% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Items must be in new, unaltered condition.

Foam came quickly, somewhere in 3 weeks. Came combed, straightened in the usual way-steam from the iron (only do not touch the iron of the foam rubber itself-sticks). Just drive the iron over the foam rubber, press the steam button and straighten. Also suitable machine gun and hair dryer, the effect is the same. In the photo before steam treatment and after. In general, 1 lot is very small to sew even a cardboard box of medium size. For a small room (literally to fit 1 standing person) you need about 10 parties (120 pieces) Quality is satisfied, but Little ordered :(
Came in three packages. I ordered 12 packages. One packing is different in format. There is now one problem, the tile is crumpled, very much crumpled. I think that if I wet with water and leave to drain, they will return the initial form.
Excellent foam rubber, Echo has become much smaller, excellent material, advise, before use need to soak in warm water and dry.
This product is in perfect condicion. Like in description. Delivery was very fast. I recomend this store.
All excellent goods received. All wrinkled, but I will wash it and add a tip. Soaked and everything became just fire! A couple of pyramids are dug, but not critical! The order came quickly. Thank you.
I ordered 2 pieces. 1 with paid delivery. Second with free pay. So, free came, and paid is still on the way. But not the point. Some with diffusers. Crumpled very hard. I'll add it after the sponge. After the bath and drying, they all took the right shape. But still, there are diffects. The corners of some have been gnawed. Of course I knew that it was cheap and there would be something like that. In the case they have not yet used, waiting for the arrival of the second set. As he comes, I'll write.
